All Mobile Phones purchased on shopkarthub.com can be returned within 70 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your Mobile Phones must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email your request along with the order number to team@shopkarthub.com .
After receiving the Mobile Phones our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.
Refund method
After receiving the Mobile Phones , we will inspect it and notify you.
We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
After approval, we will initiate a refund to your shopkarthub.com account (as store credit). You can use this amount to make any future Mobile Phones purchases on shopkarthub.com
If partial Mobile Phones with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the Mobile Phones should be returned together.
If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, we will initiate a refund to your shopkarthub.com account (as store credit) within 7 days.
If the Mobile Phones is refused to accept at the time of delivery, courier charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your shopkarthub.com account (as store credit) within 7 days.
